I've been meaning to e-mail you to tell you how much I love my furniture. Brian and I were the ones who bought the dining room table, chairs, buffets and the bedroom furniture. It's hilarious to watch me with this furniture, I often just stop in the room and stare at it! I keep it very clean, always dusting, never letting any clutter build up.
P.S. the bedroom is so much roomier with the new layout you suggested. I will snap a photo and send it to you. Just got the drapes hung and some pictures up. Love the dark finish; it looks great.

I wanted to take a moment and say thank you to you, and particularly to Tina as it was reassuring to see that in the age of big box retail consumerism, that some small, hardworking, independents still understand why we shop with them. Service.
Tina managed our frustrations resulting from issues with 6 Ansel stools, which I expect you were kept abreast of. Her willingness to work towards a collectively fair and appropriate solution was very much appreciated. Promptness and professionalism, two things all too often absent in Calgary in our post-boom economy were trademarks of Tina's correspondence. I can relate to the challenges associated with running a retail shop in this town, and the importance of good people. I commend you. We have consistently enjoyed quality, no pressure service from your people and it affirms for me that you guys are doing the right things.

I just wanted to also express how happy we were with the service at Sojourn! We have been shopping for a bedroom set since our wedding in July and have had horrible service from manufacturers as well as store salesmen/women. As a manufacturer, I thought you might like to know (which I'm sure you do already) what a great store you have representing your furniture. Ron helped us, and it was an enjoyable shopping experience from start to finish!
